While home inspections are not mandatory, it is always a good idea to have a knowledgeable professional inspect any home you are interested in purchasing. No home is perfect and a good home inspector can provide buyers with important information about deficiencies or repairs that a home may need, potentially saving you thousands of dollars in repairs you may not have known about otherwise. If possible, I encourage all buyers to be present during the inspection so that I can review any findings with you and answer any questions you may have.
