My husband and I recently moved to Sumter, SC from out of state, and bought a home in Sumter. Our realtor recommended using Phil for our inspection, so we did. Phil did a great job on our home inspection–he was detailed with his findings, and clearly explained any issues identified. Once we moved in to our Sumter home, I noticed moisture on a wall in my home and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. I called Phil to see if he would be willing to come out and take a look and point me in the direction of where he thought this moisture could be originating, since I had no idea what to look for or where to begin. Phil came out and reviewed all possible options regarding where the moisture could be coming from and helped me devise a plan of action–at no charge. Phil offered for our handyman to call him to review the matter further and asked to be kept apprised of what eventually happened with the wall. In this day and age, most companies will complete a job, then never give you another thought, but that’s not how Phil seems to work. I appreciate Phil’s excellent, detailed work, as well as his willingness to ensure his clients are taken care of with their homes. Thank you Phil for your time. It is beyond appreciated.
