Complete Home Inspection
A complete home inspection is performed in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standard of Practice for Home Inspections and the Code of Ethics for the Home Inspection Profession. This inspection includes, but is not limited to, a visual inspection of structural components, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, interiors, insulation and ventilation, fireplaces, and fuel-burning appliances.
Re-Inspection
A re-inspection is only for those items noted in the initial report that have been repaired. This does not include any item that was considered working properly or was not specified by request for repairs.
Outbuildings
Detached buildings, such as pool houses, cottages, workshops, guest houses, etc. can be also be inspected for an additional fee. If a detached garage is the only garage, this is included in your complete home inspection.
Radon Test
(with complete inspection)
Radon tests are conducted over a 48 hour period. If a radon test is desired, please notify the inspector as soon as possible so accommodations can be made to pick up the test in a timely fashion.
Irrigation Test/Inspection
(with complete inspection)
Testing of visible irrigation components and systems.
Pool Inspection
(with complete inspection)
Visual inspection of liner and equipment.
